CoOrdio Websites (by OpenBots, Inc.)

Version 1.0 | Last Updated: October 22, 2026 | Owner: Privacy Officer

This Cookie Policy explains how OpenBots, Inc. ("OpenBots," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on coordio.health and our other public websites (the "Websites"). It supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains more about how we handle personal information.

1. What Cookies Are

1.1 Cookies: Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your browser or device. They let the website recognize your browser, remember your choices, and understand how the website is used.

1.2 Similar Technologies: We also use similar technologies, such as browser local storage, tags, scripts, and pixels. In this policy, "cookies" includes these similar technologies.

1.3 First-Party and Third-Party Cookies: First-party cookies are set by our Websites. Third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services we use on our Websites, such as analytics and advertising providers.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

2.1 Essential: Needed for the Websites to work and to keep them secure, including security, load balancing, form submission, and remembering your cookie consent choice. These cannot be switched off through our cookie banner.

2.2 Functional: Remember choices you make and provide features you request, such as embedded videos and fonts.

2.3 Analytics: Help us understand how visitors use the Websites, such as which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and how long they stay, so that we can improve content and performance. Analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept.

2.4 Marketing: Measure the effectiveness of our advertising, help us show relevant ads on other websites, and help us understand which organizations are interested in our services. Marketing cookies are off by default and are set only after you click Accept.

3. Third-Party Providers

The following providers may set cookies or collect information through our Websites. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies.

3.1 Google Analytics (Analytics): Google LLC provides website analytics. It collects information such as pages viewed, referring websites, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and session timing. Learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

3.2 Google Ads (Marketing): Google LLC provides advertising conversion measurement and remarketing, which help us understand whether our ads lead to visits and demo requests and show our ads to people who have visited our Websites. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

3.3 Apollo.io (Marketing): Apollo.io provides two services. Its website visitor tracker, which may identify the business or organization associated with a visit from information such as IP address, loads only after you click Accept. Its form enrichment service runs on our demo request and contact forms to complete the business contact details you enter with publicly available professional information.

3.4 Google Fonts (Functional): Google LLC delivers the fonts used on the Websites. Your browser connects to Google servers to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.

4. Health Information

4.1 No PHI in Tracking Technologies: Our public Websites are for business visitors. The Websites must not place protected health information (PHI) or patient consumer health data in tracking URLs, analytics events, pixels, cookies, or other marketing technologies. Please do not enter patient information into forms on our public Websites.

4.2 The CoOrdio Platform: This Cookie Policy covers our public Websites. The CoOrdio platform used by our customers is governed by our customer agreements and Business Associate Agreement.

5. Your Choices

5.1 Cookie Banner: When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Analytics and marketing cookies are off until you click Accept. Before then, and if you click Reject or close the banner, Google tags run in a restricted consent mode that does not set analytics or advertising cookies and sends only limited, cookieless signals, and the Apollo.io visitor tracker does not load. We store your choice in your browser so that we do not ask again on every visit. To change your choice, clear the cookies and site data for coordio.health in your browser, and the banner will appear again on your next visit.

5.2 Browser Settings: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Websites from working.

5.3 Provider Opt-Outs: You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

5.4 Opt-Out Preference Signals: We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends GPC, advertising cookies and the Apollo.io visitor tracker stay off for that browser even if you click Accept, which we treat as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.

6. Changes to This Policy

6.1 Updates: We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the technologies we use or when the law changes. The version and "Last Updated" date at the top of this page show when it was last changed.

7. Contact Us
